Coach Sharr serves as a Skills Trainer with Elite Hoops Academy® and Head Basketball Coach with Prosper Elite® Basketball.

As a trainer, Coach Sharr focuses on developing complete basketball players through purposeful skill development, game-speed decision making, basketball IQ and competitive training. His approach emphasizes strong fundamentals, attention to detail and helping athletes understand how to apply the skills they develop in training to live game situations.

As a Head Coach with Prosper Elite®, Sharr brings that same development-first approach to the team environment. He challenges athletes to compete, play together, communicate and understand the game while holding them accountable to high standards of attitude, effort and energy.
