Designed for our youngest athletes, Foundation sessions focus on movement, motor skill development, ball control, and fun-based learning. Athletes learn how to dribble, pass, shoot, and follow instruction in a structured yet supportive environment. This is where love for the game begins.
Best for: Newer athletes, first-time players, and young hoopers developing confidence.
Grades 3-8 | Focused Skill Work + Athletic Development
This session blends targeted basketball skill training with performance work to develop strong, confident, and athletic players. Athletes will train ball handling, shooting mechanics, finishing, and defense—while also working on footwork, strength, and movement efficiency through integrated performance drills.
Best for: Players looking to level up in skill and athleticism. Great for club-level and school-bound athletes.

Elite Hoops Academy is introducing Stretch & Mobility sessions led by Coach Danielle, designed to help athletes move better, recover faster, and reduce injury risk.
These sessions focus on:
Improving flexibility and joint mobility
Supporting recovery from training and games
Building better movement patterns for long-term performance
Stretch & Mobility is a smart complement to skills training, helping athletes feel looser, more balanced, and more prepared to compete.
Open to athletes looking to take care of their bodies and train with intention.

Athlete Performance Training (APT)
Our Athlete Performance Training program is designed to help athletes unlock their full potential on and off the court. These sessions build strength, speed, agility, and endurance while reducing injury risk — giving players the physical edge to dominate in competition.
Athletes will focus on:
Explosive speed and first-step quickness
Vertical jump training and power development
Strength, mobility, and injury prevention
Conditioning and stamina for game performance
Each 60-minute session blends performance drills, functional strength work, and movement training in a competitive, supportive environment. APT is the perfect complement to skills training, ensuring athletes are prepared physically and mentally to excel at the highest level.
