How to Book Your Training Session

Getting started at Elite Hoops Academy® is simple. Follow the steps below to being training within The Elite Blueprint™ development system.

Step 1: Complete an Elite Blueprint™ Evaluation.
All athletes must complete an Elite Blueprint™ Evaluation before booking training sessions.
This evaluation allows our coaches & trainers to assess each athlete and place them in the appropriate training track so they develop in the right environment.

During the evaluation we assess:

  • Ball Handling
  • Shooting
  • Decision Making
  • Defensive Awareness
  • Footwork and movement

After the evaluation, athletes are placed into the appropriate training track within the Elite Blueprint™ system.

Step 2: Book Your Training Sessions
Once your membership is active, you can log into your account and book available sessions.
Sessions organized by:

  • Training Track (Foundation, Skills & Performance, Advanced & Compete)
  • Age Band
  • Skill Level

Step 3: Arrive Ready to Train
Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled session so athletes are ready to begin on time.
Athletes should bring: non-marking basketball shoes, water bottle, basketball (optional)
Our trainers will guide athletes through structured training designed to improve skills, confidence and basketball IQ.

Summer Strong Adult Bootcamp Registration

Summer Strong Adult Boot Camp starts May 1 at Elite Hoops Academy®.
This 45-minute, coach-led program is built for busy adults who want real results without wasting time. Each session combines strength, conditioning, and high-energy circuit training to help you move better, get stronger, and stay consistent.

Train three mornings a week with multiple time options — 5:30A, 6:15A, 7:00A, and 8:00A — so you can fit it into your schedule and get it done.

All fitness levels welcome. No fluff. Just work.
