Athletes will learn:

  • Dribbling, passing, and shooting fundamentals

  • Proper footwork and balance

  • Teamwork, listening, and following directions

  • How to play with energy and enthusiasm

Sessions are fast-paced, engaging, and developmentally appropriate — giving young athletes the foundation they need to grow into future Elite players.

Our Athlete Performance Training program is designed to help athletes unlock their full potential on and off the court. These sessions build strength, speed, agility, and endurance while reducing injury risk — giving players the physical edge to dominate in competition.

Athletes will focus on:

  • Explosive speed and first-step quickness

  • Vertical jump training and power development

  • Strength, mobility, and injury prevention

  • Conditioning and stamina for game performance

Each 60-minute session blends performance drills, functional strength work, and movement training in a competitive, supportive environment. APT is the perfect complement to skills training, ensuring athletes are prepared physically and mentally to excel at the highest level.
