Brandon Dawson

Coach Brandon is a dedicated and passionate basketball coach and trainer with 21 years of experience developing young athletes. For the past 5 years he has coached select basketball for Team Phenoms of Frisco, TX.  Coach Brandon also played AAU basketball as a youth and understands the importance of building strong relationships with players.  He attended Independence High School where he played varsity basketball and football. While attending Mississippi Valley State University Coach Brandon was also a dedicated athlete and earned a degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation. He has a proven track record of increasing team performance through tailored training programs and effective communication. His beliefs that creating a positive engaging team environment and a strong sense of teamwork and sportsmanship help players improve their skills of basketball. These principles also aid in developing valuable life skills that are essential for success. Coach Brandon is excited to not only work with a group of amazing young people, but to also work alongside a team of dedicated and passionate coaches and parents.
