Getting started at Elite Hoops Academy® is simple. Follow the steps below to being training within The Elite Blueprint™ development system.
Step 1: Complete an Elite Blueprint™ Evaluation. All athletes must complete an Elite Blueprint™ Evaluation before booking training sessions. This evaluation allows our coaches & trainers to assess each athlete and place them in the appropriate training track so they develop in the right environment.
During the evaluation we assess:
Ball Handling
Shooting
Decision Making
Defensive Awareness
Footwork and movement
After the evaluation, athletes are placed into the appropriate training track within the Elite Blueprint™ system.

Step 2: Book Your Training Sessions Once your membership is active, you can log into your account and book available sessions. Sessions organized by:
Training Track (Foundation, Skills & Performance, Advanced & Compete)

Skill Level
Step 3: Arrive Ready to Train Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled session so athletes are ready to begin on time. Athletes should bring: non-marking basketball shoes, water bottle, basketball (optional) Our trainers will guide athletes through structured training designed to improve skills, confidence and basketball IQ.

Elite Hoops Academy is introducing Stretch & Mobility sessions led by Coach Danielle, designed to help athletes move better, recover faster, and reduce injury risk.
These sessions focus on:
Improving flexibility and joint mobility
Supporting recovery from training and games
Building better movement patterns for long-term performance
Stretch & Mobility is a smart complement to skills training, helping athletes feel looser, more balanced, and more prepared to compete.

Athlete Performance Training (APT) Our Athlete Performance Training program is designed to help athletes unlock their full potential on and off the court. These sessions build strength, speed, agility, and endurance while reducing injury risk — giving players the physical edge to dominate in competition.
Athletes will focus on:
Explosive speed and first-step quickness
Vertical jump training and power development
Strength, mobility, and injury prevention
Conditioning and stamina for game performance
Each 60-minute session blends performance drills, functional strength work, and movement training in a competitive, supportive environment. APT is the perfect complement to skills training, ensuring athletes are prepared physically and mentally to excel at the highest level.
