Booking Terms for Elite Hoops Academy® & The Collab Basketball Development Center

By booking a session or program with Elite Hoops Academy® (EHA), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Payment: Payment for sessions or programs is due at the time of booking. EHA reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received.

2. No Refunds: EHA does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellations, no-shows, or injuries. In the event of an injury or illness, EHA may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit towards a future session or program.

3. Schedule Changes: EHA reserves the right to modify its schedule or cancel sessions or programs for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, EHA will offer a credit towards a future session or program.

4. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to abide by EHA's code of conduct at all times. Failure to do so may result in immediate dismissal from the session or program without a refund.

5. Liability Waiver: Participants are required to sign EHA's liability waiver before participating in any session or program. The waiver releases EHA, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with participation in EHA's basketball program.

By booking a session or program with EHA, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and agree to abide by them.
